Effective Date: August 3, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tyler Injury Law website and any customer care SMS program offered by Tyler Injury Law. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Informational Purposes Only
The website provides general information and attorney advertising. Website content is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a lawyer who has reviewed the facts and applicable law. Laws, deadlines, and legal standards may change, and website content may not reflect every development.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Viewing the website, submitting a form, calling, emailing, or texting Tyler Injury Law does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after Tyler Injury Law agrees to accept the matter and the client and firm sign a written fee agreement. Do not delay seeking legal advice or protecting a deadline because you contacted the firm.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Past results, testimonials, representative matters, and descriptions of prior outcomes do not guarantee a similar result. Every matter depends on its own facts, law, evidence, parties, insurance, venue, and other circumstances.
4. SMS Messaging Terms
Program Description
By voluntarily providing a mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive customer care SMS communications from Tyler Injury Law. Messages may concern your inquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, requested follow-up, case updates, document reminders, and other client-service communications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the firm and the services requested.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a Tyler Injury Law text message. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that confirmation, no further SMS messages will be sent unless you separately opt in again.
How to Get Help
Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact Tyler Injury Law at (602) 887-2977 or Ntyler@tylerinjuryteam.com.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside Tyler Injury Law’s control.
Consent Is Not a Condition of Services
Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of hiring Tyler Injury Law, purchasing any service, or receiving legal services. You may communicate with the firm by telephone or email instead.
Mobile Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide messaging services or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit knowingly false information, scrape or reproduce content unlawfully, or use the website for an unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, logos, videos, downloads, and other original content are owned by Tyler Injury Law or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print materials for personal, noncommercial use. No other use is permitted without prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may contain links to maps, social-media services, payment processors, analytics providers, or other third-party resources. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. Tyler Injury Law is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.
8. Website Availability and Disclaimer
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tyler Injury Law disclaims warranties concerning accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, security, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Nothing in these Terms limits duties that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tyler Injury Law will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website or electronic communications. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law and does not alter duties arising from an established attorney-client relationship.
10. Privacy
Your use of the website and SMS communications is also governed by the Tyler Injury Law Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute concerning website use that is not governed by another enforceable agreement will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arizona, subject to applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
Tyler Injury Law may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
