Please do not submit confidential or time-sensitive information unless requested by the firm.

When you affirmatively opt in, Tyler Injury Law may send customer care SMS communications concerning your inquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, requested follow-up, case updates, document reminders, and other client-service communications. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except with service providers that help us deliver communications, when required by law, or as otherwise necessary to provide services you request. Those service providers may use the information only to perform services for Tyler Injury Law and not for their own marketing.

An attorney-client relationship begins only after Tyler Injury Law agrees to represent you and a written fee agreement is signed. Do not send confidential information concerning a matter if another attorney or law firm represents an adverse party unless Tyler Injury Law has specifically requested it.
